We hope you love your purchases. However, if you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original labels attached.

To return an item, complete the returns form included with your order, seal the parcel securely and send it to the address provided above. Ensure the original address label has been removed. We recommend you return items via a tracked delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for the value of the returned items (not including any delivery fees) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (usually within 14 days).
